PrivateSpace enabled
When a contact is saved in both MainSpace and PrivateSpace, the call logs for this contact will only be displayed in PrivateSpace. You could transfer them to MainSpace:
Open Settings > search
for and touch
PrivateSpace > tap PrivateSpace to MainSpace > Contacts to transfer the call log.
System date / time changed
Modifying the system date / time may disorder the call log. Please touch Settings > System & updates > Date & time to correct.
No storage permission for the call log
Please open Settings, search for and access Apps > in the upper right corner >
Show system
processes > search for and access
Contacts Storage > Permissions > turn on the switch of Call logs.
Call log is lost
Call logs merged
If the call log is merged by contact, the call logs of the same number will be merged. You could touch Phone > > Settings > Merge call
log >
By time.
Call logs exceed the limit
The default limit of call log is 2000. You could back up your call logs to HUAWEI Cloud before clearing up.
Call logs deleted by third-party Apps
Please go to Settings > search for and access Permission manager >
> Permission
access history.
Check whether these Apps accessed the call log permission in the last 7 days.
Please open Settings > search for and access Permission manager >
Permissions >
Call logs > Modify
call log, if the switch for any third-party App has been turned on, please disable it.
If the above methods do not work, please clear the
Contacts data.
Please open Settings > search for and access Apps > locate Contacts >
Storage > CLEAR DATA.
* Clearing the Contacts data will not delete your contacts.
