How to Find the Troubleshooting Function?

Open your Support App, select the Services tab, and access Checkup in the tab of Checkup & Troubleshooting.

Checkup provides one-click diagnosis and solution to fix various problems related to your device. If you know the problem is about some specific spare part or feature, tap the list below to seek detailed solutions, relevant services and useful tips.

Run a General Checkup

Touch START, the system will quickly go through overall diagnostic tests for your device. During the process, you will be asked to perform certain operations. Please follow the onscreen instructions to complete them.

If any problem is detected, it will offer related solutions and suggestions, then you can tap TAKE ACTION to fix it.

Troubleshoot Specific Spare Part or Feature

For all common issues, you are able to learn practical solutions here. They are classified according to different features, such as Screen, Battery, Calling and Internet, System performance and Others, etc.

Just access the one that relates to your device problem, then tap one issue card on the top to run a standalone test or find recommended services and tips to fix the specific issue.
