How to Get Your Laptop Repaired?
Locate a HUAWEI Customers Service Center nearby via Support App or HUAWEI Consumer Official site. Whichever you choose, you will enjoy HUAWEI official services there. If you want to save time on queuing, make a repair appointment.
Support App: Open Support App, tap Service centers under Quick services to find the nearest center around you, then tap MAKE APPOINTMENT to make a reservation.

HUAWEI Consumer Official site: Visit HUAWEI Consumer Official site, click Service Center or Repair Appointment to experience the service accordingly.
Before getting there for repair, please be sure to back up your data, as you may need the backup in case your laptop needs to be reformatted during the repair process.

How Much Will the Repair Service Cost?
It depends on whether the issue is covered under warranty.
Your device has warranty since the day you bought it, and there's no charge if the performance fault is not caused by human damage and within 12 months of warranty period. Please keep your purchase proof for warranty claim. The warranty period varies with spare parts.

How to Check the Prices of Spare Parts?
Go to Support App > Quick services > Spare parts, then tap MateBook and choose your device model, you will find the prices of different parts, as well as repair labour fee for out-of-warranty service.
