With the HUAWEI AI Life app, you can customize the double-tap settings of your FreeBuds 3, so you can quickly turn on the noise canceling feature by tapping an earbud twice.
To add your FreeBuds 3 in the AI Life app, do the following:
1. Download the latest version of the AI Life app from AppGallery on your phone, then log in your HUAWEI ID in the app.
2. Open the charging case, press and hold the button on the case for 2 seconds until the indicator light flashes white to enter the pairing mode.
3. In the AI Life app, go to Home> + > Add device, and wait for the AI Life app to scan for devices.
4. Select the name of your earbuds from the list of scanned devices, then touch CONNECT. You can then manage your earbuds on the Home screen of the AI Life app.
You can then set the double-tap shortcuts for both earbuds in the AI Life app.
To try this, do the following:
1. On the home screen of the AI Life app, touch Home and select FreeBuds 3.
2. Touch Shortcuts.
3. Set the double-tap shortcuts for both earbuds.
In the AI Life app, you can also adjust your earbuds' noise canceling effects.
To try this, do the following:
1. On the home screen of the AI Life app, touch Home and select FreeBuds 3.
2. Touch Noise canceling and toggle the switch on.
3. Adjust the noise canceling effect by dragging the blue dot on the dial.
Combine your FreeBuds 3 with the AI Life app and control your settings with ease.
