Follow these steps to easily fix this issue.
Turn on your phone and the Bluetooth device, make sure they have sufficient power;
Enable the Bluetooth and keep the two devices within the distance of 10 meters.
The Bluetooth device is playing hide-and-seek with your phone? Enable Pairing request, it will send signals to be connected. Instantly bring your device on the radar.
*Reminder: Pairing request means that the device enters the status of being detected and paired up by your phone. Different devices enter this mode by different ways.
Normally, earphone or speaker indicates that they are ready to be paired by the blinking light colour and frequency of notification light, as well as notification sound.
Take FreeBuds 3 for example, when the blue light of charging case blinks frequently, it is a signal of being ready to be paired.
Please choose Visible in terms of Visibility on Bluetooth settings screen. The Bluetooth name, pairing code, etc., will be displayed on the same interface.
As to the devices like watch and band, etc., please disconnect it from the last paired phone first, and then search, pair and connect it in the corresponding app.
Enter the Bluetooth settings interface of Huawei PC or laptop, turn on Bluetooth, search the signal with your computer and then connect it to your phone.
When the device enters the pairing request, the signal can be detected and connected by your phone within 60 seconds.
Still can’t detect it? Reboot the device then enable the pairing request, and restart your phone Bluetooth, now try searching the signal once again.
