Setting up a PIN

You may swipe down on the Home screen / press the Up button, go to Settings > PIN > Enable PIN, enter a six-digit PIN and verify.

Changing the PIN

You may go to Settings > PIN > Change PIN,
enter your current PIN, and create a new PIN.

Removing the PIN

You may go to Settings > PIN > Disable PIN, and follow the on-screen instructions to disable PIN.

* For HUAWEI WATCH 3 Series: Disabling the PIN will
remove the bank card added to the watch.

Enabling Auto-lock

You may go to Settings > PIN and enable
Auto-lock. The wearable will be automatically
locked when you take it off. You could turn off
the switch to disable this feature.

If you forgot the PIN, you have to restore the
device to its factory settings. Please try the
following methods:

Method 1: On the wearables

You may swipe down on the Home
screen/press the Up button to enter the App
list, and touch Settings > System > Reset;

Method 2: On HUAWEI Health App

You may open the Heath App on your phone,
touch Devices, add your device, enter the
device settings screen, and touch Restore
factory settings > RESTORE.

* Restoring factory settings will delete all the data on
your device. Please proceed with caution.
