HUAWEI official products are all guaranteed with warranty service. Visit HUAWE Consumer Official site consumer.huawei.com/ke/support/, go to Support Home Page, scroll down to the get your devices fixed section, and click Warranty Period.
On the Warranty Period & Support Service Query page, enter device serial number and verification code to check its warranty. If the device is genuine, its warranty information will be automatically displayed on the official website.
If you don't know your device SN, you can click the link How do I query the device SN to find it according to your device type.

Open HUAWEI Consumer Official site, scroll down to the bottom of any page, click Contact Us, and follow the instructions to start chat.
Support App
Open Support App, on the Services page, locate Quick services or tap the upper right corner > Contact us to access Live chat, then follow the onscreen prompts to contact the online customer service.
