possible reasons and solutions.
Please check if it belongs to the following cases first:
Using non-standard ones may result in slow or unsuccessful fast charging of your phone.
This will lead to a slower charging speed. You can close power-intensive apps in use and recharge your phone again.
This will result in slow or failed charging. Please charge your phone in an environment with normal temperature.
If your case does not belong to above situations, battery fault may be another cause. Therefore, you are recommended to back up your data in advance and take your phone and proof of purchase to a nearby Authorised Service Center for diagnosis.
Please use a standard charger to check if it is caused by phone failure.
If your phone charges normally when a standard charger is used, unsuccessful charging may be due to the USB port on your computer.
If there is no charging icon displaying on your phone, check whether the data cable is properly connected or damaged.
For a desktop computer, use the USB port on the back of the computer to charge. For a laptop, make sure you directly use the laptop USB port instead of a USB extension cable, whose power supply may be insufficient.
If your problem persists, there might be a malfunction of the computer USB port. Please contact the computer vendor for assistance.
Check whether the data cable, charger, and socket are in good contact. If not, please reinsert the data cable or try a new data cable and charger.
If there is dirt on jacks, please clean them with a brush or wipe them off.
Non-standard chargers and data cables may cause charging failure due to different charging specifications. Standard ones are recommended to use.
