In the Services tab, tap MORE on right side of NEAREST SERVICE CENTER, select your city or enter your address, then the system will recommend the nearest service center for you.

You can also tap Service centers under QUICK SERVICES, then select your city or enter your address to find nearby service centers.

Huawei Consumer Official Site

Go to Huawei Consumer Official Site, click Service Center on the Support HomePage, or Click Support > Service Center to access the map page, then select your address information, click SUBMIT to locate it.
