How to check the status of
your repair

Sent your device for repair but not sure when you will get it back? See in this article two easy ways to track the status of your repair.

Method 1:

Support App

Open the Support App and select Repair progress under QUICK SERVICES. If you have registered your HUAWEI ID when sending your device for repair, the latest status will be shown automatically.

Otherwise, tap CHECK ANOTHER DEVICE and enter your device’s Serial number or SR number and verification code to see the repair status.

Reminder: To check your device’s serial number, dial *#06# on your phone’s dial pad. If your device has been sent for repair already, please contact our HUAWEI Customer Support to get your SR number.

Method 2:

Official Website

Visit the Official Consumer Support website and select Repair progress under Repair Services.

Insert your device’s Serial number or SR number, and verification code to see your device’s repair status.

Reminder: To check your device’s serial number, dial *#06# on your phone’s dial pad. If your device has been sent for repair already, please contact our HUAWEI Customer Support to get your SR number.
