What to Do if Your Phone Number or Email Address is indicated to have been associated with a HUAWEI ID and How to Change Them?

To protect your account, one phone number or email address can be associated with only one HUAWEI ID.

But, sometimes you may find your phone number, email address, or third-party account have already been linked to a HUAWEI ID.

How to deal with above situation?

Verify if you have previously associated with a HUAWEI ID

Please enter your usual mobile phone number or email address and try to log in to your HUAWEI ID to find out if it has already been associated.

Use a different phone number or email address

If you find your phone number or email address already linked to a HUAWEI ID and you want to change it. Please submit an account change request.

Reminder: The request is more likely to be accepted if you submit it from your frequently used device.

How to submit a request on your phone?

If your HUAWEI ID is logged in:

Go to Settings > HUAWEI ID > Account and security > Phone > Change, then fill in the information according to the onscreen instructions.

Click the arrow to check the next steps

If your HUAWEI ID is not logged in:
