Huawei announce the grand opening of their Premium Huawei Customer Service Center in KL Eco City, which is happening on Monday, 9 December 2019! This service center will be the first of its kind, equipped with premium services for their valued customers.

Location

The choice of KL Eco City as the location for the new Service Center is not only considered highly-strategic but also convenient as it is situated in the heart of major hot spots such as KL Sentral, Damansara City, Bangsar and Mid Valley City (dubbed as the New Golden Triangle). It is easily accessible via public transportation i.e. LRT Abdullah Hukum Station (approximately within 2-5 minutes walking distance) and it's connected via pedestrian bridge from The Gardens and Mid Valley Megamall.

With the new renovated service center, customers can wait in the comfortable seating areas while technicians work on their devices. The experts will work on all Huawei devices and will also provide general advice to help customers get the most out of their device. With the new transparent repair room, customers can view the overall repair process of their device.

With this new addition, it can better cater for the needs of HUAWEI and Honor’s valued customers as Huawei strives to continue providing their best services to customers.

In celebration of our grand opening on 9 December 2019, all walk-in customers on that day itself are entitled to get a welcome gift and a lucky draw for a chance to win amazing prizes! If you missed the opening day, no worries! Walk-in customers who completed repairs at the center on the 2nd day onwards up till 15th December 2019 are also entitled to enjoy promotions such as free cleaning & disinfect service, free screen protector & application service and join a lucky draw.
