eRecovery is an update method that can be used as a last resort when the device cannot boot up the operating system, if the system is unstable or if you have rooted your phone and what to return to an official build.
Attention
This method will erase all the data from your device. Make sure that you have backed up your important data before updating the phone.

You need a Wi-Fi connection in order to perform the update. For security reasons, it is recommended to use a private network instead of a public one.

Make sure the phone has at least 30% remaining battery power during the update process.

eRecovery is very easy to use and allows you to erase data, install official updates or repair and recover previous installations.
Step 1
Turn off your phone and connect it to your computer using the standard USB cable. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power Button for 15 seconds, until the device restarts and enters the eRecovery mode. Here, tap Download latest version and recovery.
Step 2

Step 3
Once connected to the Internet, the phone will dowload the update package. This process may take a while, so please wait patiently for the download to finish.
Step 4
